D.I.P v1.10: Dipped all over again.

Ever since TTR's 2.0 update, many content packs broke down. D.I.P is one example; Rerigged broke some cog heads, added underwater music that don't match, and vice versa.

I crafted D.I.P v1.10. This is a big upgrade from 1.9, with a list of changes:

New Music

New Title Screen

 Fixed Cog Heads

Higher Res Toon Muzzles

UI Changes

New Quicksand Sound: Nom Nom Nom!

New Sad Sound: Mario Party 7's Minigame Defeat

Removed "Got you a dollar"
