DIP 1.13: There's more than just that.

Update: DIP 1.13.1 is here, which reverts the Silly Meter music to it's original TTC Interior Music, and the Cog HQ Battle theme now plays in Welcome Valley and 3 Boss Battles. It also contains texture fixes.

DIP has now reached a new major Milestone! v1.13 is now released, which contains these changes:

• New Dollar Bills (Color Coded!)
• "Got you a Dollar" sound is back. What a long wait!
• New Cog Explosion and Dance Sounds
• New Background just for April Toons
