DIP 2.0.1 - Minor Fixes

This version of DIP 2 contains just a tiny amount of texture fixes.

Removed Dale from standing right next to the Golf Ball over the Tunnel.

If at anytime ToonFest gets renamed, It should now be able to use the new name.
